Branded Despia is a long-time meta archetype focused on Fusion Summoning powerful Fusion Boss Monsters. With The New pack Climax of the Showdown, the deck has had major upgrades with a wider range of plays, a greater power level, and a myriad of opportunities for skillful play.
With the release of the new pack, my old Branded Despia guide has been effectively replaced by this dramartic shift in playstyle, full of new combos and ratios.

Bystials
"Bystial" is a Dragon archetype centered on banishing resources and general disruption of the opponent's plays. All Level 6 members of the theme share the same following effect:
target 1 LIGHT or DARK monster in either GY, banish it, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand and This is a Quick Effect if your opponent controls a monster.
This effect is the crux of the archetype's ability to disrupt your opponent's plays that rely on particular DARK or LIGHT Attribute monsters remaining in their GY. This deck in particular gets additional value from Bystials due to being able to trigger banish effects and more. These other advantages, if any, are mentioned below:

Loading... can send a Branded Spell or Trap to the GY, which when combined with Loading... and Loading... enables you to search any Branded Spell or Trap.

Loading... , the most splashable Bystial, limited on release, typically grabs a new Bystial for you during the End Phase.

Besides searching for another Bystial, Lubellion is part of New Branded Fusion combo line into Loading... , which you can extend into more Fusion and tribute Albion from the field to Special Summon this card. this card also has field effect to place one Continuous Branded Spell and Trap like Loading... , Loading... , or Loading... , which the last two are the new cards as part of Bystial control engine you can add to the deck.
- Loading... a very good Trap to setup an extra destruction for board control with tribute one dragon if you control Bystial on your field. very reliable to out some floodgate. this card can also recover your continuous Branded Spell and Trap on your GY by placing it on your field at the End Phase.
- Loading... is a good card for resource control, it gives you a single draw while you recover your banished monster. very good card to combine with staples like Loading... or Loading... . this card also can reborn your Bystial on your opponents turn if they Summon a monster.
Cartesia and Granguignol
Loading... is part of our new Fusion Summon engine which can help you achieve certain alternative lines or as a way to trigger the effects of other Fusion materials. This is a Quick Effect on the field which is extremely useful for dodging targeted disruption such as Loading... or Loading... . With Loading... in the Extra Deck this card is very easy to Summon with Loading... .
Loading... is Cartesia's Fusion monster which enables combos you never had before. Being able to search and dump any Level 6 or higher LIGHT or DARK monster from both Extra or Main Deck means you have another way to manage and search your resources. This card also has trigger effect to tag into another Despia from Extra Deck like Loading... or Loading... if your opponent Special Summons.
Rindbrumm
Loading... is the brand new Albaz Fusion, which has very strong effect on the field. it can negate Extra Deck monster effect, anywhere, then lets you return a monster on the field to the hand. You can use this effect to negate your own Mirrorjade during your first turn to keep its effect for next turn, then potentially returning a Bystial to your hand for next turn.. this Fusion monster can also be part of the combo line which give you access to Loading... by sending it to the GY via Loading... so you will be able to banish it with your Bystial to triggers Mercourier's search.

Extension
Loading... makes your opponents can't negate the activation of card effect that Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster. also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when a monster is Fusion Summoned, which can protect all your entire Fusion chain from disruption. if you Fusion Summoned a Fusion Summon, you can trigger its effect to search for Loading... or monster card that mention it. Notes: Loading... can still negate your Loading... under your Loading... since it negates the effect not activation.
Loading... is Searchable negation from hand. You can send this card from your hand to the gy to negate a monster effect if you control a Fusion Monster that lists Loading... as Fusion Material. This card can search for Loading... or monster card that mentions it from your deck if banished.
Loading... an engine piece as extender out of Loading... or Loading... . this card can be Special Summon if you have an Albaz Fusion Monster on your field or GY. kitt can act as one of your starters, like Aluber. this card search a Branded Spell/Trap from your deck or recover it from Banished or your GY on normal or Special Summon with cost placing one card from your hand to the bottom of your deck.
Loading... can search for Loading... and send it to the GY, or you can also send your Branded Spell/Trap Like Loading... to recover your Branded Spell and Trap on your GY for extra advantages. it is also a good substitute for Fallen of Albaz while on the field or GY.
Loading... , beside a good counter Trap to set up, this card can also recover your Branded Spell or Trap from GY. a very good combination with Loading... and Loading... effect to grab extra Branded Spell or Trap.
Loading... is a Level 6 Bystial the best synergy for Branded. beside it's D.D. Crow effect, it can help you pitch any Branded Spell or Trap to your GY. so you can combine it with Loading... and Loading... effect to grab extra Branded Spell or Trap.
Despian Pieces
Loading... is your main fodder as search tool for a "Despia" monster from your deck if this card is sent to the GY, or banished by card effect. An ideal target for some searching Spell like Loading... or Loading... . The second effect of Tragedy helps you to recover any Branded Spell/Trap from the GY by banishing this card from the GY to set the Spell on the field.
Ad Libitum is your recovery card. It can Special Summon back one of your "Despia" monsters or your Level 8 or higher Fusion Monsters, which is banished or in your GY if this card was used as Fusion Material. its main purpose is to reset your Loading... s effect after Loading... resolved. since chimera setup is barely used, Despian package is more as optional tech at this moment.

Loading... is a very strong card to set up. beside it main purpose to revive any monster from gy or banished zone, it can be abused by giving your opponents a lock down monster by tributing your Fusion Monster such ass Loading... and Loading... .
Loading... has GY revive and superpoly-ist effect by banishing material. good for mirror match.

Loading... is a card that can fix your hand or gives you a plus set up by dumping an Albaz Fusion to the GY and search for Albaz, starter or extender.
Loading... is a one card combo, combine with Loading... to setting up your board on your opponents turn incase your main combo got interrupted especially by Ash.

you can use All Level 6 members of the theme ability to disrupt your opponent's plays that rely on particular DARK or LIGHT Attributes monsters remaining in their GY like Tearlaments. you can run one each per names into Tearlaments meta.

Powerful Fusion Monster with Quick Effect non targeting banish by sending an Albaz Fusionfrom your ED to the GY. This effect is soft once per 2 turn so you can reset this effect by Fusion it off with Loading... . This card also has a nuke effect on your opponent's monster(s) during the End Phase if this card leaves the field by your opponents.
Lubellion the Searing Dragon
A Fusion Monster provides a stepping stone for Loading... . When this card is Fusion Summoned, discard one card as cost to Fusion Summon 1 Level 8 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck and recover your resources by shuffling Fusion Materials listed on it into your Deck. Notes: this card locks you into Fusion Summoning only.
Albion the Branded Dragon

Rindbrumm
Loading... is the brand new Albaz Fusion, which have very strong effect on the field. it can negate Extra Deck monster effect, if you do, bounce one card on the field back to hand. not only you can use this effect to your opponent, you can also use this effect to negate your own mirrorjade in turn one set up to keep its effect for next turn after dump one albaz Fusion to GY as cost and then bounce your own Bystial on the field to reusing again next turn. this Fusion monster can also be part of the combo line which give you access to Loading... by sending it to the GY via Loading... so you will be able to banish it with your Bystial to triggers Mercourier's search. This card also has good GY effect as floaters. if you have Albaz on your GY you can reborn this card banish Albaz or vice-versa.

Loading... is Fusion monster of Loading... which bridges you some combo you never had before. being able to search and dump any Level 6 or higher LIGHT or DARK monster from both Extra Deck or main deck means you have another way to manage and search your resource. this card also has trigger effect if you leave it in Field or GY to tag into another Despian from Extra Deck like Loading... or Loading... or Dogmatika if your opponents Special Summon a card to the field.
Despian Quaeritis
A very good offensive and defensive card. reduce all non-Level 8 or more Fusion Summon Monsters to zero during the main phase (tips: make sure you toggled on at your opponents' turn so you can reduce your opponents' monsters to zero every time they try to going into battle phase to hold your defensive line.
This card also has a float effect. When this card leaves the field by your opponents' card effect, you can Special Summon or add to your hand a Loading... or any "Despia" monster.
Despian Proskenion
A big bad boss monster of Despia, because this card can steal your opponents' Extra Deck monster from their GY as Quick Effect during the main phase. Target one of your opponents' ED monster in their GY Special Summon it to your field or banish it. This card has a very reliable OTK effect too by inflicting damage equal to the original atk/def(which one is higher) from monster you destroyed with this monster.
Masquerade the Blazing Dragon
used to be main gimmick of this deck now serve a flexible spot. a monster to burn your opponents life points, makes your opponents pay 600 per activation. you can also Special Summon it back as Quick Effect to the field serves as additional body. this effect only hard once per turn and it loss its burn effect. Banish this card when it leaves the field.

Loading... as negation for activated effect of a monster on the field by giving it a predaplant counter.

What is Expulsion Lock?
Expulsion lock is one of Branded Playstyle Locking your opponent by giving them a lock down monster to their field which lock you from Summon or Special Summon such as Loading... or Loading... via resolving Loading... . with Loading... and Loading... this lock monster search is easier to access which makes expulsion lock set up very consistent.
How to Set Up Expulsion Lock
Basic Expulsion Lock Line

- Normal Summon Aluber, activate on Summon search for Branded Fusion.
