New Card Rundown
Let's take a look at the newly released cards that include the brand new "Swordsoul" archetype along with other new cards like Loading.... This archetype and DPE are definitely meta-defining.
Swordsoul
A Powerful Wyrm archetype that utilizes 2-card Synchro plays. Each monster is able to summon a Level 4 Tuner token, which then along with the Swordsoul monsters can Synchro Summon into powerful level 8 and 10 Swordsoul Synchro Monsters (as well as other powerful level 8 and 10 synchro monsters like Loading...). There are also other ways in which you can make Level 7 and Level 9 Synchro Monsters by banishing your Swordsoul Spells and Traps to increase or decrease the level of your Token.
Swordsoul decks have a lot of space for other strategies that can be utilized in different ways. You can choose to play a bunch of hand traps, as well as run Loading... to help play through disruptions. Or you can play Tenyi cards, which allow you to play through multiple disruptions, as well as get you extra bodies on field to extend your plays even further.
Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer
Like Dragoon when it first came out in the OCG, DPE immediately saw play in almost every deck. It has an amazing effect to once per turn, pop a card you control and then target and destroy a card your opponent controls. In addition, if Loading... is destroyed, it activates to summon itself back onto the field on the next standby phase. Although DPE by itself is not stronger than Loading..., it is made better than Dragoon, due to its package. You can run Loading... in your deck at 2 and can use it at the end of your combos if you happen to have the spell in your hand. So the spell is not a brick in your hand, unlike Loading.... In addition, Loading... and Loading... have great effects when they're in the graveyard. Celestial, when you have no cards in your hand, you can banish it and Dasher, to draw 2 cards (An immediate +2).
DPE is also popularly run alongside the Scythe package. Which includes Loading... and Loading... which enables you to pop Loading... using Loading... to then summon Loading... and lock your opponent out of the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn. DPE is a card you're gonna see in pretty much every deck, so be prepared for it.
