Turmoil of Sea and Flames
Normal Spell Card
Activate 1 of these effects;
- Discard 1 WATER monster to the GY, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; destroy it.
- Destroy 1 FIRE monster in your hand, then you can draw 1 card.
If only your opponent controls a monster: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 WATER or FIRE monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Turmoil of Sea and Flames" once per turn.
