Master Duel Meta Report: Rage of Chaos + Inherited Unity
We are at the end of yet another format, and one that caused quite a bit of buzz. With the introduction of Kashtira cards (sans heavy hitters like Loading..., the Master Duel power level has risen ever higher. Alongside these dubiously designed Psychics came Chaos support, of which Loading... especially immediately saw competitive play, and the long-awaited modern Dracoslayer cards. The pack is nowhere near others in terms of competitive significance, but it is solidly above many others...
Speak of the devil, Master Duel received an additional Selection Pack this format, Inherited Unity. Much like the other Selection Packs that arrived outside of the typical release windows, the impactfulness is weak at best. Featuring support for mostly 2000's era decks, expectations were correctly low, even with some more modern cards within, including support for Cyberse, D/D/D and Chaos decks.
More welcome, however, was a rather significant Forbidden and Limited List which finally brought the hammer down on Tearlaments decks, as well as some hits on other meta relevant players such as Despia and Spright.
When reading the chart below, take into consideration that around 60% through the format, there was a significant change in the usability of certain cards. For example, Tearlaments' results are heavily front loaded.
Spright
Tearlaments is finally out of the #1 spot after months of unrivaled domination, usurped by the previous occupant. With players forgoing the Live Twin variant in favour of pure, Runick, or Tri-Brigade, Spright retains its power and most of its consistency post-Forbidden and Limited List.

Despia continues to be a very strong and consistent deck even with the recent Limiting of Loading.... Despite such a key card reigned in as much as possible without outright banning it, Despia decks have a myriad of ways to search and recur the card, resulting in turns that ultimately are no different from before the implementation of the Forbidden and Limited List.
