Overview
You might be thinking "what do I build in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel?". Well, since the Standard Banlist most closely represents the OCGs', and the card pool is missing the two most-recent core sets, we'll take a look at some Meta Reports of OCG's past (courtesy of Road of the King) to get a look at some examples of what meta decks could look like!
Disclaimer
Since Master Duel's card pool and banlist don't quite match up with the OCG, these lists might be contain some cards not currently in Master Duel. For example, Loading... was ran as a one-of (with or without Loading... ) in a lot of these lists, but it is banned in Master Duel. Adjust your decklists accordingly to your own playstyle and cardpool.
