This deck still has 9 hand traps which can disrupt the enemy's first turn, and even if that only happens partially (or not at all), there is super poly for your turn, which if combined with dimensional fissure and/or necrovalley can be sufficient. But like I mentioned in the notes, this exact deck is built with going first in mind. There are options to build a blind second deck, or a mixture ("balance"), which can include cards like lava golem, santa claws, or kaijus.

I believe that one copy of the Maiden of the Millennium Moon is the first viable option here because it is searchable as it is a part of the archetype. The card comes at the small price of being a possible brick when going first. I say possible, because if set by Wedju Temple it's not exactly a brick - it is in fact the exact opposite, for if it happens to be the only monster card that you can set it may actually save the game. In a perfect opening hand (meaning, the card is not in your initial hand), I say it is a strong pro. The question is what the rate of usefulness of the card is when going first (as this exact build is a "hope to go first" build). This is perhaps the only card that I would consider using for some potential targeting protection. The possibility of being a brick made me not use it. Still, just because it can be, it does not mean that it will be.
