Double Exposure

You can target 2 Level 6 or lower monsters on the field with the same name; double their Levels. At the start of the Battle Phase: You can target 1 "Cipher" monster you control; the name of 1 other face-up monster on the field becomes the targeted "Cipher" monster's name until the End Phase. You can only use each effect of "Double Exposure" once per turn.
