EXPLAINING SPELL CHRONICLE and FIFTY FIFTY

• Have Spell Chronicle in hand + any other cards, preferably at least 1 monster such as Decoy Dragon, Minimalian, Necroface, etc (not Ragnarok though b/c he's a tuner).
• Perform your plays as normal, but save at least 1 card as your discard cost (any of the big Metaphys monsters are perfect for discarding or especially Necroface, since you can banish him from the GY later to get his effect).
• Play Spell Chronicle and discard the chosen card. For the 5 cards you select to banish, you are ideally going to select all 3 Swordsoul traps, Metaphys Ascension, and D/D Post. This will allow you to gain all of their banish effects.
• Get your Metaphys card search from Ascension (choose Decoy Dragon if you discarded a big Metaphys; he will let you summon it from GY with his protection effect). The Swordsoul traps will give you up to 3 lvl 4 tuners on the field.
• D/D Post is super important. It will provide major attack boosts to monsters (and they stack!) as well as allow you to manage banishment from you hand or GY (notice which parts are a soft once-per-turn).
• At this point you should have at least 1 non-tuner and 3 lvl 4 tuners on the field. This will allow you to start Synchro Summoning pretty much anything generic. From here you can construct an extra deck with whatever you like in it.
• Fifty Fifty? is pure profit in this deck. Always select D/D Post, a Swordsoul trap, and Kaitoptera/ Giant Rex/ Necroface as the monster. No matter what the opponent chooses, you will profit.

Add Nemeses Corridor for a free Thunder Dragon Colossus summon turn 1 since it synergizes with the banished monsters. I usually select Necroface as the monster to return to the deck.

Colossus + Baronne on turn 1 is decent while also setting up your Asymmetaphys/Dimension.

Prufinesse can banish a Swordsoul trap, summon the tuner token and synchro summon Shenshen the recurring floodgate at the cost of your normal summon.

Draco Utopian Aura is never dead; it wins games on its own sometimes.

Doomstar Ulka is a survival tech. It is best used for keeping the Metaphys Decoy Dragon live in case the opponent knows to get rid of it.

Mula Adhara is a generic lvl 8 synchro wyrm that can search field spells (like Necrovalley). Stardust Charge Warrior and Ancient Fairy Life Dragon allow you to draw cards while you synchro climb. Centur-Ion Auxilla can protect your many backrow cards.
