Went with this deck because my goal for this event was to not spend any gems or craft points. I ended up realizing that Snowl is pretty important without Empen so I had to craft one anyways, but it was worth it.
Unlike on the ladder, the power level of this event doesn't force you to play a ton of non-engine cards to counter the meta, so I just went with more engine for consistency. Map to 1 now means you'll see Robina less, so I upped Stri to 3 and and Jack-In-The-Hand to 2. Hard drawing any 2 out of Eglen, Stri, and Jack-In-The-Hand will allow you to play.
Snowl is a card that I've always overlooked, to the point that I dismantled my copy when I originally pulled it without even knowing what it did (I was just operating under the assumption that no one plays it), but both its effects are actually pretty useful. With the effect to get two additional normal summons, you can end on Snowl + Avian with the right hand. One example of which is Robina + Eglen + Snowl/Avian. At the power level of this event, Snowl + Avian is pretty hard to crack even if you don't have Map and Dreaming Town.
And then finally I just maxxed out on Dreaming Town to be able to hard draw it more, since without Empen you can't easily search for it.
