Your standard pure 40ish card Dragon Link deck.

Only 2 tracer and 1 synchron simply to make the deck thinner and increase the odds of drawing your Maxx 'C' outs or board breakers (Forbidden Droplet in this case).

I think board breakers like droplet or DRNM are super needed for the current Spright format, a lot of low-impact hand traps only trade 1-for-1 with most Spright cards unless they open bad (which is rare), so breaking an established board might just be the better play most of the time.

1-of REDMD as always for recovery in those fringe cases when you get nibbed with Hieratic Seal on your field, paired with Quadborrel it should at least end you on Savage or I:P Masquerena. Not ideal, but better than token pass.

Cosmic Cyclone because I hate backrow decks. Shoutout to Runick Fountain in particular.

Dillingerous Dragon is very helpful as a link climb tool for Borrelend, so you don't just end on lone Borrelend and can make either Chaos Ruler, Savage, or I:P as an extra body or disruption.

Dharc is excellent for going second, either helping you link climb into an Accesscode, or you can crash it into something to add Levianeer to your hand and clean up an established field.

Not much else to say, it's classic Dragon Link.
