Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

I didn't face nearly enough mirror matches or other going second OTKs (Numeron, Cyber Dragon, etc) to justify running Smoke Mosquito currently. So I swapped them to Effect Veilers. I should probably run Gamma like other lists, but that's no fun and I have too many bad memories drawing Driver when first learning the deck, so I'll stick with this. Veiler does conflict with Dimension Shifter a bit, since Veiler can't be activated while Shifter is active, but it hasn't been much of an issue for me yet: either Shifter alone is enough to stop the opponent, or I can wait for a monster effect on field and Chain Link 1 Shifter -> CL2 Veiler.

I also have been running into a good amount of Virtual World lately, so I upped D-Shifter from 2 to 3 since it completely stops their Main Deck Monsters from Special Summoning ("...send 1 VW card from Deck to GY, and if you do, SS this card...") . A few still sent multiple Qinglongs to the banish pile which was always funny to watch.

I stole from xDevilx and added Relinquished Anima to my list since having an extra way to retrieve a Kaiju is always nice. Have yet to resolve it, but I like it benchwarming more than Heart-eartH.

I also finally remembered to swap Gameciel for Dogoran #2. I did draw both Dogorans one time, but the same statline didn't end up mattering. Still waiting to see if it'll bite me in the butt, but so far I'm happy with the swap.
