Notes & Combos

Salads are still playable in the current format, in a number of different variants. I went with the Micro Coder and Cynet Conflict package here and didn't have too tough of a time climbing. The overall gameplan is pretty standard, with a usual Turn 1 endboard Heatsoul and Sunlight Wolf backed by Roar/Rage and Cynet Conflict, plus whatever handtraps you draw into. Going second you either aim to OTK with Accesscode or establish your Graveyard recursion and fight a war of attrition until you can.

Assorted notes:

Lady Debug becomes a better Normal summon than Flame Bufferlo in a deck with only eight Salamangreat monsters. Sometimes you'll have nothing you'd like to discard, and you'd rather be guaranteed the Micro Coder or Gazelle.

The hand trap choices were constrained by UR dust, but I liked the 12 I went with. Droll in particular really helps with the otherwise troublesome Floo and Spright matchups if it goes off. Always run a ton of handtraps with Heatsoul to get the most out of the draws.

Extra deck space is tight. I included Heatleo and Linguriboh to deal with backrow before committing to summoning Accesscode, and I found they were often quite useful.
