Could definitely make one with some replays, but the overall idea is always going 2nd, utilizing your Kaijus to remove boss monsters so you can play mostly interrupt free and setting up your Relinquished on board with some backrow or going straight up to Millennium-Eyes Restrict for some interruption.
The Tour Guide/Sangan engine is there to help you Link climb or go to Verte + the search from Sangan for cards like Millennium-Eyes Illusionist or even Maxx C, depending on the situation, for setup. They are your best starters, even going 1st obviously.
Cards like Crusadia Arboria, Night's End Sorcerer and Phantom King Hydride are there for your Halqifibrax, in case you draw 1 of the tuners, so you consistently get to him. Tip on Golden-Eyes Idol, if you manage to resolve it, you can equip an extra monster on your Relinquished, even if it already has 1 sucked up.

I would love to see some replays! I think I understand the basic combo and what you want to achieve, but isn't it better to have more handtraps and staple or is it to hard to change any of the card?

I'll see what I can do, you can definitely play with a different setup, like going for 3x Pot of Prosperity instead of the Allures or running more Kaijus in general with the addition of Droll & Lock Bird or Infinite Impermanence etc.
The core idea of the deck is to not necessarily clear your opponents board instantly, since you want their bodies or Kaijus, for your Relinquished monsters to suck them up, that's why I avoided running more straight up removal cards, I chose having mostly some combo starters with decent interruption and a very solid Extra Deck line.

Always go 2nd, won't be hard since even if you lose the coin toss, 99% of the times they choose to go first. If you go first, simply ending on a Relinquished with Super Poly or Relinquished Fusion set + Verte with DPE out is most of the times enough to interrupt them out of their combo. Millenium-Eyes Illusionist is also an excellent disruption, since you take away their monsters if it resolves, leaving them empty if they lack extenders, so you can finish them out the next turn.
If you're going 2nd, Tour Guide+ searching Phantom King Hydride will allow you to Link climb to Halqifibrax -> to Selene -> and finally Accesscode to finish games fast, which you want, your grind game isn't the best, this is a midrange control deck.
The Zeus XYZ line is there in case you play backrow decks, since the deck itself doesn't run any backrow removal cards.

Pretty much yes, you can swap around and test things, depending on what you face on the ladder of course. Ideally, you want the Halqifibrax->Selene->Accesscode line so you can finish games fast but even then, because it's a pure going 2nd Control deck, you could even add more Kaijus or handtraps.
