Notes & Combos
You would think this deck is very bad now but its better than expected.
Anti-tear stun decks doesnt do anything to it for the most part.
If going first there is a good chance that Tears will surrender, but they have so many tools that its insane, so even going 1st with a good hand doesnt guarantee a win against them.
That being said, Sprights and Exosisters, Swordsould and Branded all have a bad time with this deck if we go 1st.
Reached Diamond 3 and then had a lost streak back to D5, so you could technically reach D1 but its a hard deck to win and especially with Tears running rampant.
Biggest problems:
- The 2 squires while good at summoning our boss monsters and recycling cards, are very prone to interruption. Ash, Imperm, Veiler, MaxxC all hurt Edea, Imperm and Veiler hurt Eidos
- Stormforth and Anchamoufrite block each other
Other things you can try:
・3 of Sphere mode and 3 of Escalation for Cheesy Sphere mode on their turn
・Link Slayer, Mithra or other special summonable monster (Pankratops etc) for Uninterrupted summons instead of squires. Link Slayer I find to be the best.
・ The Burial Cards to help un-brick your hand
・ Handtraps. Gamma specifically, if on hand to block Ash is absolute perfection, as you both negate their Ash and get 2 bodies on the field for Tribute. But too many bricks.
