Notes & Combos

• I normally end on 2 BWAD + FAM + Hot Red + Chinook. I only go for the 3rd BWAD if I know for sure it is tearlament.

• I only play 2 Vata because I play shifter and Vata isn't good under shifter. It's also really easy to search for this card.

• I play Auster because it's good under shifter. Simoon + Auster allows you to otk under shifter really easily. Also the going second Auster line is sometimes more secure/safer, so I like to use it in certain situations.

• I don't play the trap because at least in this format it is very win more. It's very rare for the extra synchro to be needed to win the game.

• I play gale because I value Raikiri and you can use it on good hands to make an extra FAM (Gale + Hawk Joe = FAM).

• I play 2 small world targets because if tearlament mills the first then small world can not search Simoon going second. Heavy Mech Support Platform is a small world target that bridges basically everything. You can use it on any monster but Gale to trade for Simoon. You can also use it to trade shifter for ash or maxx c or trade any monster for the kaiju.

• The Arc Rebellion package won me many going second games.

• I don't play Sharnga because it's usually only impactful against non tearlament decks and this deck already beats those decks without it.
