Notes & Combos
Pure naturia is actually a very underrated, its amazing without using runick or horus engines as the main gameplan. I had a lot of fun and easy wins with the deck in the new Duel Triangle event! (Best thing is that you don't face Tenpai as part of Team Synchro) :]
Your main goal is to get Naturia Beast on the field, that guy destroys fusion decks because its an infinite spell negate. For your optimal combos, you only need two out of Mole Cricket, Camellia and/or Blessing. In this case you can end with beast + sunflower. Sunflower is a 2-3 times monster negate when paired with Camellia.
Most of the time, you won't be able to get the optimal combo, but thats fine. Having Mole Cricket alone can already summon Beast, which there a lots of options to get mole (Small world, One for One, Foolish Burial Goods etc). It is great that the card searching effect for the Naturia trap is not once per turn, so you can abuse it.
The Vernusylph engine is great with naturia not just as a small world bridge, but they are also great starters + extenders. Awakening Forests can help send a Mole to the GY so you only need one of Camellia or Blessing to start off the combo, while summoning extra bodies for your field. They also search for the GOAT of the deck - Mudora. Mudora is great at recycling your GY scraps especially Blessings, I reccomend summoning Psy Omega as your second synchro as it means you have unlimited Mudoras to help you in the long term. (You can also add in Keldo if you are rich enough)
What I mentioned above are usually best at going first, but what about going second? The great and unexpected thing about Naturia is that we love the opponent to have a high attack monster. Not only you can double the effect fo Mole Cricket, Naturia Mosquito turns the deck into a cheap Mikanko deck! You can easily win some going second games just by reflecting the attack damage back to the opponent! (RIP Dinomrphia players)
For your ED, they are basically your toolbox.
- Beast is your must-summon (best spell negater ever)
- Trap-heavy deck? Naturia Barkion is here for you, the dragon boi is basically Beast but for negating traps.
- Psy Omega for recyling banished cards and handrip
- Coral, Tri and Barrone for pop (& more)
Anyways this deck is really fun and its basically a troll deck. Crazy negates, damage reflection and a battle phase skipper! These little plants and critters might looks weak, but never underestimate the power of nature! :D
