Notes & Combos
Dis Pater and Etude are here and with them the Chaos archetype cards (Shell, Core and Witch) are 100% viable going 1st aswell!
The objective with this list is to choose going 1st and setup the Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity lock with Etude of the Branded during your opponent's turn. It's quite easy to do so, as the deck has plenty level 2 tuners and access to Chaos Ruler. The bystials are very good in the current meta and Gamma gives instant Chaos Ruler if used during your turn. Your search with Lubellion will almost always be Saronir, as it can dump Etude (or Regained if you don't have access to Calamity), allowing Lubellion to set Beast instead for extra disruption. Chaos Ruler is usually the tribute to summon Lubellion, as Assault Synchron can be used to resummon it a 3rd time after getting banished (but Assault has to be in the GY prior to the banish otherwise it won't work). Armaggeddon Knight is usually used to dump Chaos Witch, and it can be milled with Chaos Ruler, banished by anything and summoned with Dis Pater. Charge of the Light Brigade + Raiden is amazing for this build as it gives a light tuner level 4 to normal summon and mills 5 (3 of which being a cost), and also it's not even once per turn. Other Lightsworn targets such as Lyla can work.
Going 2nd just summon Chaos Archfiend + Angel and OTK. Malong lvl 5 + Dark Witch Token into Yazi is also very decent as it can search Chaos Mirage Dragon after popping something while being untargetable.
Beatrice and Chaos Goddess weren't summoned during the climb to DLVmax, but they can have some niche applications (Angel's effect is on special summon, for example). Goddess can be summoned off Archfiend's floating effect and Beatrice, with bystials. Hieratic Seals is for whenever you don't have access to the Chaos cards and need an extra disruption going 1st after setting up Beast with Lubellion.
Overall, a pretty smooth climb and a very fun and consistent deck. Maxx C is a problem tho -- which is why you want to bait it out with anything that announces its special summon (such as a Bystial) and counter with Gamma. If you don't have an out for it, just try and go for the lock anyways, as most decks won't have an out for it.
