Notes & Combos

Let's be clear, this deck is not good. The support brings a real strategy to the deck, which makes it a midrange quite similar to Marincess, but without its advantages. The support is particularly weird, you have to go through fusion (which is literally candina) to have access to a grind game and... that's it. The deck takes a bigger weakness to handtraps, notably Nibiru (which I haven't encountered much).

Regarding the endboard, there are 2 notable ones:

  • 1 Card Combo (Candina): Noble Angel + Trap Tears
  • 2 Cards Combo (Candina + Extender): Noble Angel + Trap Tears + I:P + Other Monster

Note that Noble Angel's pop is not always effective, in midrange your only way to deal damage from effects is the trap (or Colchica but it's for OTK). You can reach the first endboard with the incredible Aqua Angel, but since you won't go through the fusion, you won't have access to any grind games (so praydge for next turn). My grind was quite complicated, but not so much by the performance of the deck itself, especially because of my hands. I have a LOT of difficulty opening combos frequently. Without terraf and prospe, the hands are sometimes full handtraps only, which is why I added Festival.

Against Tenpai, you're basically deadge. What I generally do, if I have droll in hand I recover reincarnation for handloop quickly, otherwise I do Noble Angel + Bagooska and I praydge.
