Going second burn is the art of letting your opponent cook before you cook them yourself

3rd duelist cup in a row where I got the max lvl with Burn.

This time, we're ditching maxx c. There are a few reasons why. It usually gets negated anyway, so minus 1 for us. and then if it goes through, you get only 1 draw or two. Plus using it will make you susceptible to TTT, you never want them to know you're a Burn deck. Also, if they stopping cooking because you maxx c'd, it could backfire on you because they wont have many cards on the field.

But this is still not conclusive, a lot of other burn player will still stick to it.

NEW TECH #1: We're playing with two Lady Labrynth! Replacing two Lord of the Heavenly Prison (but I could have played one more lord). The idea came from Rykker (who also had a version submitted). They played 3 but you really dont want to draw two of them so I choose to play 2 only. Incorporating her to the combo can take some getting used to but I think she fits really well. Some noteworthy synergies (aside from the trap search) is that she can add to the chain (for chain strike). Also, theres, by chaining to Ceasefire, we get an additional 500 damage.

NEW TECH #2: Bad luck Blast. Honestly wans't too convinced of this card at first. It looks like a worse Ring of Destruction. But give it another read and you'll see that it doesn't require the target monster to have lower ATK than the opponents LP. Also, it calculates based on the ATK from the field. That means that 5300 accesscode they just summoned would give us 2650 damage! The 1000 burn upon destruction is icing on the cake. It definitely deserves a permanent slot here.

the extra deck is not used 99% of the time. those are just incase they have cards that send stuff to the grave the numeron xyzs are too bait the opponent the we are numeron (if they look at the extra deck with kashtira unicorn)
