Thankfulyy the deck have a great match up against fire and Cybers decks. Going against Branded or Lab is 50-50.

End board on full combo usually: Hieratic Seal, Savage, Crystal Wing, Aredhbhair, Dis Pater, Branded Regained\Beast, Tiamaton lock the other EMZ. You can add Druiswurm or Baldrake instead of Tiamaton.

Going second, Whirlwind into Black Rose Dragon just hits you with that insane amount of adrenaline rush! Ascalon is also the goat at clearing boards.

The deck does DOES NOT need to be 60 cards. I just like playing a high count to space out the garnets. Here I felt I needed the extra hand traps which I usually cut when playing Ranked. It's probably better to play at a lower card count especially if you're not familiar with the lines you can take if you don't have access to Remus. Also you need to see your roach counters. You can even run other ways to boost your consistency like the Rainbow Bridge package if you feel it can help.

Plan against Maxx "C": don't get Maxx C'd. :) if you get hit with the roach and you have no counters, either pass on whatever you already have on field or go all out. It's not worth it giving your opponent 4-5 draws for a Crystal Wing... #FuckMaxx"C"
