Notes & Combos
Went undefeated from dlv 17-20 after switching to Snake-Eye. This list is a pure variant that utilizes the following:
Thrust Package
This will always be live due to the hand trap format that we find ourselves in and is mainly used to either set an Infinite Impermanence or Sinful Spoils of Betrayal (If Diabellstar is available in hand), or to search Talents and Harpie's Feather Duster. Thrust can also search One for One or Original Sinful Spoils, but that use never came up
Red Reboot
The Reboots are mainly used to deal with Stun/Burn/Labrynth and any other generic interruptions like Evenly and Impermanence. This never came up during the climb from Duelist level 17-20. Either I did not see this card and still won the game, or I saw it and it simply served as a safety blanket going into my opponent's turn. 0 Reds were Rebooted.
Zeus Package
Fucho and Zeus are used to clear out troublesome boards going second once the public disruptions have been dealt with. I only utilized this package once on the climb, but it secured the game when paired with Snake-Eye's unmatched follow-up.
Monster Reborn
This won multiple mirror matches going second or in the grind game. Searchable through Thrust, this card is mainly used to either reborn the opponent's Snake-Eye Ash (for full combo) or Flamberge (for spot removal). There was a mirror match where I ended up with all 4 Flamberges in my possession (3 on the field, 1 in hand) thanks to my Flamberge, the Field Spell, and Monster Reborn. If not facing a mirror match, this can be used for an additional body from the opponent's grave or to reborn an Oak to then reborn Ash and then search Poplar.
Omissions
Kurikara: This card does nothing going first and the deck has enough tools through Subversion/Flamberge and the extra deck to play into established boards. The searchable spells off of thrust also facilitate this goal. I never felt that I needed her.
Jet Synchron: This card is more for a synchro variant which I find to be win-more in the current format. The basic Snake-Eye endboard is usually enough to deal with every deck currently in the game assuming you are going first and playing through interruption. For going second, Jet Synchron is taking the spot of a potential tool to either stop the opponent's board from being made or to break it.
Zealantis: I'm poor.
Replays
No Replays were saved since they were mostly standard Snake-Eye games and more often than not, one sided...
