Notes & Combos

Nothing very unusual. Decent win rate. Shifter and Necrovalley were the MVPs. The reason I chose pathfinder over small world is that it can search both field spells depending on what you need. It's also a huge handtrap magnet. It's good having them waste Ash/Imperm/Veiler on this when you already have what you need. Mourner is only there as a worse imperm under Shifter. Can't say it was useless though. Negating monsters on both turns is quite useful and can really make a difference. Lastly I used both Tearkash and Scarekash because they can fix your hands sometimes or be extenders while feeding Ariseheart with banished cards.

Ariseheart + Necrovalley is evil. The extra deck ratios are like this, because I want to have at least 1 copy of Zeus, Shangri Ira and Ariseheart in case extravagance banishes every useful card. S:P came up quite a bit in more simplified gamestates. Still worth keeping.

The deck needs consistency boosts urgently. It would be much better if Konami hadn't decided to limit almost everything for no real reason other than Fenrir and Unicorn being abused in other decks.

Good luck to your climb and have fun.

I've never thought of using Necrovalley in Kashtira before. I think the issue I have is guaranteeing some continuous banishing effect and banishing Theosis from the GY with either TearKash or ScareKash. I'll give this a try for the DC Cup climb.

Anything that directly hates on GY decks is a nice deck. Well done.

Did you have any issues with Centur-Ion? That Field Spell is annoying.

I didn't face much centurion during this dc climb. The deck is quite easy to stop with imperm/veiler/ash/gamma though. They can be annoying when they have full combo uninterrupted sure and you'll probably lose that game, but it's fine. You can go next or try to win depending on your hand of course. As for necrovalley it doesn't affect kash plays that much. Do your normal Kash plays first and activate Necrovalley as your last move. Ariseheart can always reattach a banished copy of Theosis to recycle your cards. You can banish one with Riseheart to keep it in rotation. That's what I did when I couldn't get it out of the GY. Even if you can't it doesn't really matter. People will just scoop when they see Arise + Valley. They usually can't out both on the same turn.
