Blind second and break those boards. Look to summon Max off of Link into the VRAINS and activate the applicable effect. Add Musket S/Ts to break the board with, or soul charge from deck to Zeus their board/Link climb with various pops, spins, banishes, and sends. Pair Max with powerful breakers to get into a simplified gamestate where Caspar and Musket cards will grind your opponent out. Make sure to fire off Maxx C in draw/standby if you open it to play around Talents and Diabellstar. Most players dont know what youre up to before seeing Musket cards and Link into the VRAINS often resolves when it shouldnt because of that.

Cheeky line that will come up: Vrains for Max > Add S/Ts > Go battle > Desperado/CrossDom any potential problematic negates > Crash Max > Vrains GY Effect to add back your Musket > End of Battle Evenly > Normal Summon your Musket

Extra deck has some flexible space. You could cut Ningirsu, Cerberus, Goddess, or the third Max (only if you also cut Ningirsu). Second S:P is alright if you're on 3 Max. The Link-2 Knightmares are good to cycle dead cards, and sometimes you can Link into the Vrains for them to out stuff you shouldnt be able to. Ningirsu is played to send untargetable cards by setting and sending any dead S/T, or an extra body on field, as well as to have a 3rd attribute for Accesscode if you climbed up through S:P instead of a Knightmare. Goddess barely ever comes up, but its a good catch all for things you cant prepare for.

Breaker choices are somewhat flexible, but you want them to be card advantage positive, and searchable off of Thrust. Try not to go too heavy on multiples of HOPT breakers as well, they can create hands that fail to crack boards. Breakers that are good in multiples tend to be better at eating through negates. You could play more Dark Rulers if you are scared of decks that slap down multiple omni-negates. Red Reboot is good for the Lab/Stun Matchups, but isnt searchable.

If you want to play a few handtraps instead of just breakers, Shifter and Phantazmay are the place to be. Remember to let them cook a little before Shiftering though so your Max isnt dead.
