P/S: Please don't play this if you hate non-playable hands. You have four big, fat bricks in non-Turbo Genexes.
I honestly had no intention of climbing this DC. I was just testing nutty Vaalmonica-Genex builds (+/-Small World, current engine or 3 Blastfan 1 Turing into Locomotion or Arms, +/-Evols or Yama/Sharvara) to DLv.15, then somehow lucksacked this version into DLv.20. Alongside the usual Vaal advantage into stun/burn, turns out this version can also farm mid Yubel hands because:
- Dawn Dragster into Return Zero going first was quite effective against Yubel with the usual Vaal endboard. Yubel starters are a mix of Continuous/Field Spells and the Fiend monsters.
- Bagooska. Yubel has no way of dealing with it without S:P or non-engine. And Return Zero checks one S:P eff.
- 3 Phantoms? Rhythm trap bounce, pop Spells :3 You can win the grind game against Yubel if you keep recycling Rhythm (while they don't have Samsara).
- Going second, there are 3 ways of stealing their interactions to go into S:P without commiting a monster, with Scales + Turbo still setting up a Genex endboard.
The craziest thing is that my opponent started either playing too safe or overcooking when Turbo is pend-summoned lol. Maybe that's why I kept winning when I shouldn't.
