Notes & Combos

If you saw my last decklist, it was terrible.

This is much better and consistent.

The main changes from the last list:

• Borger from 3 -> 2
• Mad Love from 2 -> 1
• Added Bystial Engine
• Removed Dust Devil for "Continue?"
• Removed Droll
• Removed Imperm

Changing Borger and Mad Love was great for bricking. While I did sometimes like seeing Love in hand, once I stopped seeing it it honestly made my hands better, Jiaolong just feels like a better Mad Love in most cases. Borger to 2 was weird, I like it, but there have been 1 or 2 games in the climb where I missed the 3rd, still think 2 is better though.

Handtrap/Boardbreaker thoughts:

• Feels much better, now that I have kurikara, Small World feels like a board breaker too (Dogoran and Kurikara would be interchangeable).

• No need for Droll, really never like it anymore (Plus the wind attribute sucks).

• Bystials rock, they have saved me so many games, they unbrick your hand by being darks, and Magnamut can Search for an earth if you don't have a Jiaolong line so that you can get the 3 attributes.

• I really didn't like dust devil, to me it feels like its either a 1-for-1, or a win-more card, would much rather play a generic boardbreaker (I swapped it for "Continue?" because I like the recovery)

The Extra deck changes:

• Removed Kashtira stuff
• Removed Security Dragon
• Added in Baronne & Chaos Angel
• Added another Chakanine
• Added Dweller

The extra deck stuff like in the last list is mostly fluff, but this was for QoL:

• Kashtira stuff is solid, but feels super niche and a little forced, still good if you want to play it though.

• Security Dragon felt super weird this run, I cut it once I started using more boardbreakers so that I could OTK effectively.

• Baronne came up twice and won those games.

• Chaos Angel is nice, the banish is good into things like Borrelend which came up a lot since the banlist.

Things I might change:

• Lightning Storm for Evenly maybe?
• Add a maximum of 2 Durendal for more consistency (Maybe).
