Hello my duelists, here is Maximus Duel againhahah.

In this escalation in the duel cup, I decided to adjust my version of the deck, the adjustments are intended to improve the consistency of hands going first, also to improve the consistency in case we lose the die.

Going first

Scenario 1: if we are not forced to use our normal summon, we will look to leave a STUN field, Apollosa min 2 material, Arctos XII, Gallant Granite (If you didn't use it to make Apollosa), Pachy, and if we are lucky a Baroness of Fleur. Additionally the protection of destruction of a battle through the Extraordinary Duelist and field spell only on the opponent's board (Protects us versus Evenly Mach, Infinite Time, Lightnistorm).

Scenario 2: If we are forced to use our normal summon, we will leave a control field, in this situation we will look to leave an Apollosa of min 2 materials, Bagooska in defense and I:P. Additionally, just like before, the protection from battle destruction by Extraordinary Duelist and field spells only on the opponent's board (Protects us versus Evenly Mach, Infinite Temporal, Lightnistorm).

Going second

We will have Linguribo as a tool to remove the Eblee lock, we take one because we do not encounter many locks in the escalation, but if it is the case, I recommend cutting Baroness (I very rarely summoned her) or Link Spider. Link Spider is our key piece that allows us to extend if the opponent chains Nibiru on us early. To clear fields and OTK we have Access, in my personal case I feel more comfortable with it, but you can change it for Borrelsword it will fulfill the same purpose.

Double Beyond at 2 is a requirement if you want to win, it allows you to overcome denials and interruptions, both going first and second.
