Notes & Combos

This deck is based on the synergy between Batteryman Solar and Thunder Dragons, as well as the synergy between Brilliant fusion and Battery Charger. It has a lot of 2 card combo lines, most of which are designed to bring Batteryman 9-Volt back from the graveyard to extend your plays.

Starters

Batteryman Solar and Scorpio/Lonefire are the main starters :

Batteryman Solar gives you the opportunity either to send Thunder Dragondark to the graveyard, which gives you direct access to Colossus if you have a Bystial or a Thunder Dragon in hand, or to send 9-Volt to the graveyard, which is interesting if you have Battery Charger/Monster Reborn in hand. It also gives you a level 1 token useful for link climbing.

Scorprio/Lonefire searches Briliant Fusion which is probably the best card of the deck. It gives you access to your batteryman plays if you have any revival spell in hand, as well as giving you a second normal summon and 3 link materials (thanks to Seraphinite). The real drawback of this engine is that you have to play 2 hard bricks (Cobra & Quartz), which is why I play at 42.

Handtraps & other main deck monsters

I would play a second Lubellion and Effect Veiler x3 instead of Imperm if i could since it's a potential target for Scorpio's discard cost. Bystials are really good against yubel, tearlaments and centur-ion, as well as being extenders. Every Thunder Dragons are played x1 since they are mainly Batteryman Solar targets or Thunder Dragondark targets. Fuel Cell is kind of an extender, most of the time it's a brick.

Extra deck

Important cards are Haggard Lizardose, Seraphinite, Colossus, I:P, S:P, Cross Sheep and Linkuriboh. Play any Xyz 3/4/6 that feels meta-relevant and at least 1 level 4/5 link as an I:P target.

Variants

I tried using the Toy Box package since Toy Soldier can search for Batteryman Solar. It ended up on crazy boards but had a terrible consistency. A go 2nd variant using Short Circuit and Batteryman Charger seems viable.
