Notes & Combos

This is actually my ranked ladder Springans deck. I made a few adjustments for the Festival, like adding Nibiru and replacing a couple of links with Number 38 and a second Sprind.

Going first you want to go into Gigantic Sargas and depending what your opening hand was, either go for Tally Ho, Springans! or Regulus. If you open with Golgonda, your plays are easy, just discard a springans, make Merrymaker, overlay Gigantic Sargas, search Tally, Ho. With Tally Ho, search Kitt and special summon her and another level four. Kitt should search for the second Kitt, that way you can set up you Utopic plays. Use you 2 Kitts' to make Imp and Search the Snake, then normal summon another level 4 to go into Gagaga Magician and make Utopic.

The above combo will vary depending on what your opening play is. If you are forced to make Merrymaker the traditional way, then just detach him from Gigantic Sargas and go into Gagaga Magician, activate, and there is your Utopic. As for the Snake, I know is not a popular choice, but it is a 3000 beatstick and easy lvl 8 material that can be searched. Same thing with Albaz, he can be used effectively to cleanse the field.

Lastly, the Branded in High Spirits play is great for going first. Search Kitt and toss a Springans into the grave, then at the end phase, special summon Springans Captain Sargas for another disruption. Also Keep ExBlower in mind at all times, he doesn't target and can remove itself from the field to evade destruction, also SPringans can attach themselves to it each turn from the GY or hand or field.
