Tbh, I feel that playing this deck is kinda reliant on whether opponent has Imperm or Veiler so that you can properly resolve the Timelords, but sometimes you can beat the opponent without it.
Ghost Sister and One Day of Peace is here to buy some time, the latter especially if you got a bad hand, so that you can pass a turn and wait until the next turn to get more cards.
Imho, this deck generally performs better going second, since you got to use the Timelords and has less chance to get your backrow wiped out with Duster. Though sometimes you may win going first if you opened with right cards (like Chain Energy + Skull Invitation + some battle traps).
