You're probably asking why OG Skull Guardian and Guardian of the Voiceless Voice in the deck and I say to that why not? Does it make the deck less inconsistent? Yes. Can you play without it? Yes. Is it funny when you win with it since probably .001% of players play it? Absolutely.

What's really slept on is Saffira, Divine Dragon of the Voiceless Voice. I usually ritual summon it on my opponent's turn to draw 2 for hand-traps and set up radiance of the voiceless voice. Many people won't bother reading the rest of the effects and try attacking into it only to have a card discarded from the hand. Shoutout to the guy who taught he was outsmarting me by taking out his own monster and then try evenly matching me only to have it discarded.

As for the extra deck you really only need herald,dyna mondo, and little knight. Everything else is optional or you can just put random extra deck cards for banish cost for your pot of cards'. Not the best optimize pure version of voiceless voice but if you want a spicy version to play then this might be the decklist you're looking for.
