Notes & Combos
Tell me if you've heard this one before: There once was a deck with a unique, fun, and interesting blind-second playstyle using their powerful level 12 Synchro boss monster. However, all that fun was not enough to make them anything more than an obscure, underpowered deck that you would face only once or even twice on ladder. That all changed when Konami released broken support that would bolster them to the top of the metagame, even at the cost of their original identity and playstyle. That's right, Konami just did another "Mathmech Circular" maneuver.
Welcome to Superheavy Samurai in the modern day. Long gone are the days of using Battleball to bring out your mighty Superheavy Samurai Synchros like Susanowo and Steam Train King. Now the deck does... literally every possible degenerate strategy you can think of. Ending on 6+ negates? Check. Scythe locking? Check. Mjolnir locking? Check. Locking you out of spells? Check. Hand looping? Check.
However, the deck you see in front of you is the most degenerate of them all. I present to you, Dark Strike Fighter Raiten FTK. That's right, DSF is back to commit more warcrimes. By having 3 Mecha Phantom Beast tokens, Mecha Phantom Beast Raiten, and Dark Strike Fighter all on the field at the same time with Galaxy Queen's Light in your hand, you can use GQL on Raiten and then activate DSF's effect targeting Raiten to deal 8600 points of burn damage to your opponent, FTKing them.
Now, FTKs are certainly not new to MD. Heck, most of them are barely even playable and lose to a single hand trap. "What makes this one different?", you may ask. Well... what if there was a deck with 12 one-card starters, 18 hand traps, numerous extenders, the ability to summon an early Baronne, the ability to play through common hand traps, and an FTK? Surely a deck like that can't possibly exist, right? Unfortunately, reality is rather cruel sometimes. I blame Konami for allowing this to happen.
I'm running out of space here, so I'll elaborate more on the deck in the comments below. At the end of the day, Superheavy Samurai is an absolute menace of a deck with numerous variations and possible endboards. It is certainly a Tier 1 contender and is possibly even the best deck in the whole game currrently. Also shoutouts to the SHS Discord channel. Those guys are the best and are the ones that came up with this FTK and optimized it. "Thank you Walter White". Please ask them for help or assistance with SHS.

Replays @ ID: 980-034-332
Due to the nature of this deck being an FTK deck, it was pretty difficult to get interesting replays, so I don't have many at the moment. However, these replays show both the FTK combo line as well as the deck's ability to play through hand traps.
As a side note, I made a minor misplay in my duel against "ShaNKeRz". When I Pendulum Summoned, you're supposed to summon Wagon in ATK and not DEF when you activate Wagon's trigger effect to chainblock Genius.
