Been awhile since I've enjoyed a deck this much. This deck creates interactive duels you never know how games are going to play out.
I went minimal handtraps as I hedged my bets on runick's, droplet , and a couple Maxx C's (was running 2 before ban list announcement) would be eboufh to steal a few wins going second. Then going first the deck can very easily play through multiple handtraps and set up disruptions. Talents was used so many times to shuffle back a card in their hand after being disrupted.
For specialized deck choices talents felt like I kept having multiples so I opted for a thrust instead of a 3rd copy. This then led me to run a Goat Laughs which was incredibly useful vs decks like tenpai going first or often a discard from a WF monster to help break their board. I ran 3x Hugin and went through all 3 countless times. I don't know how people run this with only 2. Coral was the least used ED monster. I went tri edge way more often and coral could be subbed for something else like a Rank4 or spellcaster link2 easily.
Also sorry yes, I ran skill drain because it is legit OP in this deck. It's stupid to not negate all your opponents monsters on their turn then send and draw with rucia.
Biggest weakness of this deck are probably droll (you have to plan your plays for droll turn 1 like prioritizing woes) and evenly can really hurt. Other than that nothing you see too often. Tenpai can't get past lifht+dark chaos angel in Def mode without a negate so often made her turn 1 next to diabell.
