Notes & Combos

A new season, a new climb. I have an Exosister guide from last season here on MDM, so you can check that out. This time we're going to learn advanced tips and combos about this deck and their relevance in the current season. I have a lot of things to talk about.

First tips are about the build itself: DRNM turned out to be very unnecessary. Snakes Eyes and other stronger decks usually summon a lot through other resources (traps and spells) so I left that out. I added a second Evenly in case the first got negated. Don't use three. You can brick a lot already in this deck. Returnia is best at one now. We give room for more Impermanence since it's the best tool against S.E. Ash. I use two Stellas now because sometimes I bait negates by normal summoning her and activating her effect. Then summon Sakitama or special summon Elis and just keep going.

Combo: I found that during this season Nibiru is highly used because it's the best against S.E. at the end of their board, Mathmech and Branded when going second. So we're taking a different route. All you need is Martha in hand and another Exosister or Spirit in hand. Use Martha's effect > Summon the second Exosister/Sakitama > summon Mikailis by using Sakitama + Elis > Search either Pax, Vadis or Returnia depending on your hand. If you see a 60 card deck it's Branded, take Vadis to turn its GY off. If their toggle of activating is on and off all the time, they have e negation in hand. If it's not Impermanence don't worry. After activating her effect they might use Ash, Veiler, Mourner, etc. > At this time activating her quick effect and banish that HT from their GY and trigger Martha's effect and go into Mikailis and set any card you have.

Important note on this combo: If they don't surrender and let you play, be sus because they might have Nibiru or evenly but stopping at Martha + Mikailis won't trigger it so you can set Returnia/Vadis and Called By and pass. With Called By, you'll be able to trigger Martha's effect in his turn and go into any Exosister the situation calls for. This way you also trigger Returnia's second effect and you have three banishing effects because you summon an XYZ with Martha and after using its effects, use Returnia at the appropriate time to banish something and use its second effect to summon Magnifica with the Mikailis on your board. With Magnifica you can banish another card and give your previous Mikailis a new use again for another banish. This is an option to dodge that Nibiru
