Blue-Eyes ft. Buster Blader the Meta-Destroying Swordsman
Messed around with some stuff in this one. 75% win rate the last 20 games. I'll talk about some of the unusual tech choices:
Tech Choices:
- Buster Blader package: This **** just wins games on its own. You use the extra normal summon off the field spell for the lvl 1 Buster Whelp, add the trap that foolishs for cost, and you make a nasty monster lock. Buster Dragon itself ***** up specific type things like Fiendsmith. Buster Blader fusion destroys the mirror match or Tenpai by itself. The engine is good.
- Dragon Master Magia: One of the most OD cards. I like using Illusion of Chaos + Magicians' Souls for this. The ritual is a good way to put back your Buster Blader brick. Souls is good to give you a free body for the link 1, and can send the field spell plus the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon you attach as a continuous spell for +2 draw.
- Duality: I saw this on someone else's deck and honestly it's funny. It's good to dodge Veiler on Sage, or to sit on if you get hit with Maxx C or Droll & Lock Bird, or something. In this deck, you can also use it to make Buster Dragon without Prologue. This comes up if you hard draw Buster Blader sometimes, which was a nice plus. The targets for this are Millennium Eyes Restrict, Borreload Savage Dragon, , and Buster Dragon.
