Notes & Combos

Didn't change up too much with the list this much. However the small changes I did make had a big impact. The addition of fuwalos to the game has improved the small world bridging in this deck immensely, and while we don't like fuwa in this deck, its better to see than pank most of the time, which we cut; hence why and how we upped our HT count to 18.

I swapped Belles for crows, as belles just aren't as good this format and crows go hard. maxxed out veilers and added a second mourner as the targeting negations are important; cut ogre as its too unreliable to run unless you're on real high HT counts (i.e. pure zoo). Added a third tenki to up the consistency a bit.

In the extra the only change we made was boarbow for typhon, and honestly i should've done this earlier as typhon goes hard in this deck, although I do miss boar sometimes — still, typhon won me more games than i could've won with bow, although it is 100% the 16th slot.

I'll also explain some quick small world bridging in case anyone is confused;

droll is your main bridge in the deck when going from HT (or even thorough blade). it then gets you to unicorn, or to thoroughblade. The only HTs that don't work with droll are mourner and veiler

For veiler you do mourner; for mourner you do fuwalos, and for fuwalos you do mourner, in order to bridge to unicorn (main bridge)

any zoodiac to fuwalos for unicorn or riseheart in certain cases.

riseheart is accessible in any case where a zoodiac, fuwa, or ash is your middle bridge, so its also fairly accessible.

For fenrir it's a bit more difficult, the only stat you can go by is earth, so you'd need zoodiac or maxx c as middle bridge. although you don't want to search fenrir that much anyways. So zoo or maxx c is what gets you to fenrir as they mirror each other.

lastly to get to zoodiac, there are plenty of ways; however ratpier is the tricky one that I'll bring the focus to. any zoodiac, veiler, droll, mourner, ash, or riseheart get you to rat. although, the last 2 come at the cost of riseheart. unicorn also does but usually you wont unless you draw both; fenrir also does but again you usually wouldn't.

pro tip: whiptail shares attack with D shifter, so theres another one ;)
