Notes & Combos

S:P makes Nib much better in Kashtira so I tried it out and it helped a lot. Nib can be cut to one or two, (I think 2 is better) I had a few games with that setup and use Raigeki, Lightning Storm, Herald of the Abyss, and Pot of Extravigence in its place. I also tried to play 1/2 kurikara instead of Nib and it was ok but I still prefer the Nib. The 1 kurikara and 2 nib was possibly the best ratio I found but for most of the climb it was 3 nib. Summon limit and Shifter won most games that they were played.

For ED biggest changes were adding S:P, I:P, and @Ignister. I:P was the new card that I used the most, I:P and @Ignister came up a few times and were good, but they can be switched out. I'd probably go for another Big Eye and maybe Garura / Malong to attach to Arise Heart.

Hey Bro very Nice Deck. I Love Kashtira. How do you solve the Problem with nib?. Its strong of course but than you Got a Monster on field and you cant summon your Kash Monsters, thats the reason why i dont Play It. Greetings my Friend. Have a nice time. I still dont get how to get freaking master with this Deck. My highest was Dia 3 😒

Hey! There are a few ways, as Swiggity said you can normal summon and make SP but it is important to consider when to use it. If you have Birth or Preperations it obviously makes it much easier to then go into kash plays from there. If going first, you can make IP and end with other kash on field, then ideally you can SP your kash off the field and nib after that so then you can have nib + unicorn or something at end phase. If so, then you can search birth and play from there even if nib is on the field.

Yes, my mistake on my other comment. I replied as if we were talking about nib used against us, not using it, although my comment still somewhat applies. For anyone else reading, what OP said, birth/preperations is kind of important for extending plays with nib.

I'm not the OP, but from what I can tell, you have at least 11 monsters you can normal summon(Maxx C, ash, planet, riseheart) and potentially 2 more you can special summon(scareclaw, tear) along side it, then crash with the S:P if you want/can or leave it up and you at least have a disruption after getting nibbed.

So after testing this deck out vs. my other Kash deck I had, I'm sorry OP, but this is not a great Kash deck lol. Nib, big bang, and summon limit lost me more games than they won. Kashtira is already very bricky, and they just add to it. Nib doesn't stop top tier players with combo decks, especially snake-eyes. They just keep playing after no matter when you nib, or I nib and have another nib, big bang and summon limit in hand going 2nd. Handtraps that work under Ariseheart/shifter are great(ghost belle, and especially ghost mourner). Also 3x infinite are not needed and also lost me a couple games drawing them instead of the other 15 or so cards you want to draw. Lastly, BLS - Soldier of Chaos is much easier to get out in this (or any) deck than Arrival, and is a pseudo-tower.

Never seen a kashtira deck that has The Arrival? I need a explanation why arrival is in the deck? just curious

Hello, it's just a link you can go into that is good for some specific matchups since it is unaffected and it's not too hard to get out without Kashteriatheosis because that would lock you into XYZ only. Between this and if you can also get an Arise Heart its usually too much to deal with both. Alternatively, you can play something like Avramax but in general its just an ED option. Hope this helps!

Can someone explain how Arrival works in this deck?

How do you get Goliath to attach to Ariseheart outside of using pot?

That's the only way, unless somehow or for whatever reason your opponent banishes it with their Unicorn.

Bummer. Regardless, still a very good list. I do find the Kashtira archetype a bit more valuable than the handtraps. After cutting down nib to 1 and swapping it with sphere mode, I was able to climb throughout Master pretty easily. Sacred Sword of Seven Stars is also a good tech card to clear out your field with a kashtira once you baited ash.

hey very nice deck, maybe a dumb question but how do you get the @ignister out?? never saw him in this deck before

So after some experimentation, I can say that it's very easy to bring out Arrival using the Galaxy Tomahawk. Usually I'll make I:P, Link Spider, some other Link 2 Fodder, and the last token for 4k. Experimenting on ways to get 5k atm...

LMAO, 5k IS EASY, JUST USE BIRTH
