Notes & Combos
Standard Striker list with small differences.
Called by the grave is needed in my opinion. Stops Flamberge or furniture or hts that would prevent you from getting and or resolving engage.
Lightning storm + Duster are pretty good against decks like rescue ace that can recycle their backrow so removing it twice should prevent them from outgrinding you. Destroying attack position monsters non targeting can come in handy as well.
Nib and Belle are clutch when they resolve and they resolve most of the the time against popular decks that spam bodies and recycle or revive from the GY.
The rest is pretty standard.
Worst matchup is tear because they always mill Mudora or Keldo even if they can bad mills. Their board would be manageable otherwise. Lab can be tricky if they get rollback in GY as well thanks to untargetable Lady. S better than getting raye + engage shuffled back. Belle can prevent that if you draw her, but this won't always be the case.
Extra deck is standard with S:P replacing Hiita. Hiita is nice, but this season had more deck variety so she didn't feel necessary. S:P felt better when she came up.
Not the worst climb, but not the easiest. The deck needs to become faster to catch up with more modern decks. Engage to 3 soon copefully..

You can go over 40 and there will be no problem honestly. Having 3 engage means you'll see it more often than before. A good consistency boost. If you want to stay at 40, I'd cut Nib or Belle. Nib is good, but can be played around quite easily. Belle is more useful but can also be cut. I wouldn't cut her because this is a GY heavy meta. I don't know what my list will look like when we get Engage at 3 to be honest. HTs should be in higher numbers than boardbreakers for the time being.

Mainly when you have a link and a monster that you can summon to banish something you don't want to destroy or send to the GY by effect in general to prevent giving advantage to your opponent. I usually don't keep S:P on the field though. I try to linkage her away or make azalea/selene into accesscode as soon as possible. You don't want to keep her in the main monster zone as she interferes with your striker spells. Yes you can banish her until the end phase to free up your monster zone, but I don't think it's worth to do so for a temporary banish. It's not bad, but you want to get rid of her at some point anyway. Still very useful card.
