Notes & Combos
I used this from D5 to M1 with some minor adjustment.
How to dodge Ash used against Auroradon w/o staple cards
Summon Tomahawk to EX monster zone, and 5 tokens to main one. Summon Auroradon using Tomahawk and 2 tokens as materials. Active Auroradon by tributing a token.
Case 1 : If the opponent uses Ash against Auroradon
You have 2 tokens on the field. Add 1 monster. Summon Barricadeborg by using the added monster and 1 token as materials. Summon another Auroradon by Barricadeborg and another token. The endboard will be: Baronne, Chixiao and a level 10 wyrm synchro monster.
Case 2 : If the opponent don't use Ash against Auroradon
You have O-Lion and 2 tokens on the field. Add 1 monster. Summon Barricadeborg by using the added monster and 1 token as materials. Summon another Auroradon by Barricadeborg and another token. The endboard will be: Baronne, Chixiao, Draco and a level 10 wyrm synchro monster.
/
Chiwen & O-Lion
2 copies respectively. You want these cards to remain in the deck for combos. 2 copies so even if you draw 1 copy of these cards, there are no problems.
/
Riseheart
If you have no monsters except 1 copy of Fenrir in your hand, you search this to summon a Rank 7 monster.
/
Maxx C
2 copies. Many cards in this deck should remain in the deck for combos. So it is not preferable to draw many cards by Maxx C. Also, you want this card to remains in the deck for Designator.
/
Longyuan
If you want to use Yang Zing omni-negate, you can replace this with that trap.
/
Sovereign Longyuan
You can remove this. Though almost only way to summon this card is using Longyuan, you can summon Chengying instead in the same condition. If you do, you can add Baxia or a level 7 Neos fusion monster into the deck. However I like Sovereign.
/
Dracossack
If you go second, you should summon this rather than Tomahawk to inflict battle damage to your opponent.
Book of Moon
If the opponent uses Imperm or Veiler when you active the effect of Tomahawk, you can use this to dodge the interference.
/
Red Reboot
This is also helpful to avoid the Imperm. In addition, this sometimes gives you easy-wins if your opponent's decktype is Labrynth.
/
Foolish Burial
Basically you use this for Water Enchantress. If you have a Unicorn or Kashtira Birth, you can use this for Fenrir instead to summon a rank 7 monster.
