Haters would just call this Spright.
This is just your run-of-the-mill Melffy Spright deck, but with some minor adjustments to account for the banlist affecting Nimble Beaver. Two copies were replaced with Nimble Momonga so that Nimble Angler would remain active and to grant access to Joyous Melffys. The Dark Beckoning Beast engine is excellent for triggering Angler's effect if it's in thr hand, as well as setting up the board from one card. The techs aren't as important, but it's better than not having them.
Avramax and I:P don't see much use, but the former is a respectable boss monster if the situation demands it. Zeus, usually summoned through Joyous, is a useful board wipe when needed, but typically the Melffys and Fire Sprights can handle things well enough on their own.
With that out of the way, MELFFY BEST DECK! LET'S GOOOO!!
Kurikara is a staple for this meta because of Kashtira boards and Expurrely Noir, though one of the alternatives that comes to mind would be Underworld Goddess, since she can remove an opponent’s monster if you have enough Link materials on your field, but she requires setup and you not locking yourself to Level/Rank/Rating 2’s
