Notes & Combos
This season is an experience, thats for sure. This is a more oriented going first version of the deck bcs you all know who has entered the meta.
Well the most important thing first. Scareclaw has a great match up against Tenpai. Usually Tenpai needs to play around 1 omni negate or 2 with a good hand, plus Twinsaw, plus handtraps like Ghost Ogre and thats before having to deal with Tri-Heart thats is their biggest problem.
Most of the times they won't have enough to deal with everything, ScareKash also helps, also Arrival and Defanging can give them problems, you can still lose but the Tenpai player has to high roll a very good hand or Droll you, Droplet also hurts. You can also play fairly well under Shifter.
I decided to switch recently the 3 Imperm for Veilers, they play better into getting the backrow removed by board breakers that already is painful. But it plays worse into Shifter or if Tenpai hard draws Sangen Summoning, also Tactics, so is up to preference.
Cherubini is a good way to access Adventure if you have too many Scareclaws but hasn't come up. I:P is also a fairly recent change, in case you have an absolute crazy hand so you can dump all the extra resources. Chaos Angel can be good in simplified game states but hasn't come up. I think that keeping Chengying could be a better option for some match ups that aren't Tenpai.
Ask any question you may have! (If I keep talking about the Tenpai match up here I won't stop so better ask them if you have any)
