Introduction

I got tired of "Maxx "C"" so I decided to play stun. Also, several popular hand traps are useless against this deck.

Tips
  • Dimension Shifter: This card can win games on its own.

    • If you go first and you have normal spells in your hand, you should activate the effect of shifter in the draw phase or in the standby phase to play around cards like "Fire King High Avatar Kirin".

    • If you go second (or you go first but you don't have any normal spells) you should wait to see what deck your opponent is playing before activating shifter and activating it at the right time.

    • Personally, I think these are some of the optimal moments to activate shifter (the same applies to Macro Cosmos):

      • Against Snake-Eye: I personally active shifter after they search "Original Sinful Spoils - Snake-Eye"; The cost to activate Original Sinful Spoils is to send face-up card to the GY which is not possible thanks to shifter, so the opponent searched a card that cannot be activated this turn.
      • Against Centur-Ion: I would activate Shifter at the moment the opponent activates "Stand Up Centur-Ion!" for the same reason as the previous point.
      • Against Purrely: I prefer to activate shifter in response to the first purrely quick-spell that the opponent activates. All Purrely quick spells are banished, so "Purrelyly" cannot activate its second effect and "Epurrely Plump" is completely useless.
    • There are several other examples, but I think it is clear that activating the effect of shifter at the first opportunity without knowing the opponent's deck is generally a bad idea, since by waiting for the right moment we can make the opponent commit to suboptimal plays, and in case we face a deck like Kashtira or floowandereeze it is better to keep shifter in hand and use it to pay the cost of super polymerization.

  • Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo: If you go first and you have trap cards that can protect Pachycephalo such as crackdowm, some solemn counter trap, etc, I would recommend that first of all you summon Pachycephalo to play around "Fire King High Avatar Kirin" and "PSY-Framegear Gamma". Its second effect is much more useful than it seems.

  • Inspector Boarder: Basically the same as Pachycephalo, but if you have a copy of "Gravekeeper's Commandant" or "Dimension Shifter", you should activate its effect before summoning Inspector Boarder.

  • Thunder King Rai-Oh: Obviously it's better to activate the effect of Gravekeeper's Commandant and the pots before summoning it. Its second effect is also useful, but it is vulnerable to "Called by the Grave" and "PSY-Framegear Gamma"; although you can only negate Special Summons that do not start a chain.

  • Fairy Tail - Luna: This card makes an excellent combo with Time-Tearing Morganite, and if the effects of Dimension Shifter or Macro Cosmos are active the opponent cannot negate Luna's effect.

  • Life Hack: I had my doubts about this card, but it's pretty good. Basically, This card prevent our monster from being destroyed in battle, in addition to doing a good amount of damage on our turn with its second effect. If an enemy monster attacks our monster, I recommend activating this card before the damage calculation. Although it should be noted that the second effect conflicts with Necrovalley, Macro Cosmos and Dimension Shifter.
