Notes & Combos
Didn't actually derank this time around. I was stuck in M4 and M2 for a bit, but other than that, it was smooth enough.
As for Tenpai, I was 9-5 for my games against them. Basically lost when they played on turn 0 thanks to Magnumhut going into Genroku during my end phase and when they opened some sort of boardwipe (backrow or frontrow once) that cut me off since I either had nothing to stop it or they also opened Sangen, so not much I can do there.
Other than that, everything else was the same as usual for match-ups. Saw less Yubel/VV (actually only saw a single Drytron/VV deck) as expected, but I did see a few Drytron decks out from the depths.
As for the MD, Maxx C did seem iffy at times if you're made to go first or win the flip, as you can draw more cards.. but it's really only a scare tactic, even more so if you opened Maxx C + Ash, which happened a bit. So, if you would like, you could always ditch one or a few for maybe another handtrap or stronger backrow. (maybe more Iron Thunder/another power trap)
Regarding the ED, Aussa was the weakest of the bunch. I did think about swapping her out for Abyss Dweller to make against 60 card decks when you go first instead of Bagooska/Redoer, but I never made that change. It also doesn't help that Abyss Dweller doesn't stop Horus nor Infernoid monsters from coming back...
