Notes & Combos
20 handtraps, 14 starters. You will almost never brick with this deck. Some call it mid, but imo it's highly underappreciated. I barely lost a game from D5 to M2. This deck is so versatile and has an insane grindgame, only held back by its awful matchup into FK SE.
Ogre overperformed since ladder was full of Centur-Ion, Yubel and Voiceless Voice. Don't go for the bait and build Voiceless Voice, the deck's worse than it seems. Centur-Ion combo may sometimes die to a single handtrap, but it will never brick. And it's fragility is compensated by the amount of non-engine it can fit and how almost any card in the deck is a one card starter. You don't need to do anything fancy. Auxila, field, Phalanx pass will do the job most of the time. Phalanx is a broken interruption (especially paired with Regained).
From the ED, the only cards that didn't come up were Supernova and Chaos Archfiend. The rest came up at least once (yes, even the second SP). My list is optimized enough and every single card included in it serves a purpose (Seals is absolutely insane). Ironically, Blazar came up less than Chaos Angel.
This deck may be a tier 3 deck, but with all the variance in ladder it actually feels like tier 1. Don't go for the bait and try to rank with Yubel, you will have an awful time bricking.

Picked the most interesting games I've had while climbing in Master. The last one was my promo.
