I know we played pachy I don't feel clean about that hahaha, however it is necessary to move up quickly in the qualifiers if you don't have much time, please keep reading before judging hahaha.

I bring you my most competitive version of Vaylantz, it is a version oriented to go first, but it is built to be able to win easily by going second.

In this season our best ally is Lava Golem when we are second, he easily assures us victory against decks like Yubel and Voiceless which are decks that we encounter a lot. Versus Snake, he is not as good as we would like since he is fire, therefore "Promethean Princess" can destroy him to special summon himself.

We did not play secret villa or any other card of that style to avoid bricks, just as we did not play gamma and only 1 copy of marquez, dominator duke and nazuke.

C max at 1 is enough, our focus is not on using it, rather target versus nib.

We take Bagooska to pass a turn in case of C max, or to leave a super oppressive field on turn 1.

Going first our field that we will usually leave is: Apollosa of 2 materials, destruction without selecting Arctos XII, Pachy (No special summons) and either a spearman or granite on the field. On the rival field we will leave one of our fields placed, to have protection against "infinity impermanence" and against "Evenly Mach" (We should not leave any spell of field on our field). Extraordinary Duelist on a pendulum scale to defend Pachy or Apollosa in battle.

Although there are not many interactions, it is a fairly strong field that in most cases they will not be able to pass. I try to leave enough high attack monsters on the field before summoning Pachy so we make sure that the next turn we have OTK, recover some lvl 6 monster on hand to sacrifice pachi the next turn and make additional summons.

Our strongest fields in this scenario could be apollosa of 2 to 4 materials, Bagooska, S:P Little Knight, Pachy, protection against infinity Impermanent, protection in a battle thanks to extraordinary duelist.

Going second we must look for the OTK, we have many tools to do it, Duke Dominador, Saion, Konig and Lava Golem.
