Notes & Combos
As far as Prank-Kids lists with Adventure go, especially at 40 cards, I feel like this is about as good as it gets.
Terrortop plus any Prank gets you full combo, which includes Adventure set-up, Pandemonium on the opponent's turn, Spright Elf protecting Gryphon and Butler, and Carrot/Red.
You could get Elf and Carrot off of just one Prank by overlaying Bow-Wow and Dropsies at the very end of the combo for Gigantic, but you have to wait on the Carrot/Red until after resolving Pandemonium and you can't Pandemonium until after your opponent puts a monster on your field, allowing you to resummon Bow-Wow to get Fansies and Lampsies; that is to say, it's a big risk, but it paid off in my final rank-up match against Superheavy.
Included a cheeky Zeus line with Nightmare Shark and Downerd, having the ability to convert Terrortop into a board wipe baits interaction going second.
Thunder Dragon Fusion is controversial but I like being able to search a Spright or Fansies turn 3 depending on need, also ending on Battle Butler through Verte is better than ending on Sprights when up against Superheavy.
Painfully, there isn't a lot of room for this format's suite of necessary non-engine, so you sorta have to rely on Adventure + Terrortop to break boards going second.
