Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Hello Y'all, it's been a minute. Had covid for a couple weeks, so it's been a rough time for MD. I came back with something, I hope, is a tad spicy (or janky, you decide).

Shining Sarc Striker. Now, before you leave there is synergy here. The general idea is Platinum gadget when destroyed will special a gadget from deck, i.e. gadget trio. I was so so tired of my gadget trio being negated, so I wanted to find another route to insulate myself from handtraps. Many go with Horus (but I think horus cards are awful). Others go with Kash, but it's so badly hit. So, I researched and found some Japanese players messing with strikers.

This is a blind second build that seeks to OTK. The 1x dbarrier, I had to add around D2 because I started to run into Tenpai, but it literally never came up. Honestly, my win rate was very good, and I had a lot of fun with this deck. However, I don't think it's solved, and I encourage y'all to experiment.

Notes: I dropped ash in D1 because I kept drawing it in my opening hand, and it was not impactful.

I never made Hayate or Temperence. Some Japanese players were on closed moon and goddess. That could be worth exploring.

For a bit I played with Cyanos and Rose. They enable you to make platinum gadget without a NS, but again, they were awful to open when I'm trying to break boards.

Make Kagari. Get afterburner. Make Platinum gadget with Camelia and Kagari. Pop it with afterburner, special gadget trio.

Another thing you can do with cyanos is make merrymaker and sargas with roze and gadget, and then search regulus or make Zeus. I did that early on, but it's not so great going second.

Another reason I dropped cyanos is because you can just make platinum gadget and pop it with Gandora.

I had dragoon and the dark magician fusion spell in early builds, but since I can't activate the quick play the same turn, it was worthless for breaking boards.

Archifiend is SOO good. Definitely play him, especially if blind second.

  1. M5 Rank up going against Centurion. They hit me with Maxx C, crimson dragon, dragoon, and spoly. But I clinched the victory. I needed to use everything: striker, shining sarc, and my ED.
  2. Going against Tear horus pile. I think they made some misplays, but they still had a ridiculous board with cryme and snow in play.
  3. Going against Drytron.

  6. Going against FKSE (This was the only game I made zeus)
