What the Yubel-Package provides: 3 Nightmare Throne to force out handtraps and protect your other turn one plays. Sadly it plays into Maxx C. If they don't use Ash on Throne and wait for the effect of Spirit to summon Yubel you can use cards like Granguignol later in the combo (or mid combo) to send Yubel to the grave instead. That way you still get access to Phantom for a monster negate.
Phantom if it actually hits the field will not only provide you with a monster negate but it will also summon Yubel to your field again. So if you use Banishment you can fuse the entire opponents field away and make Loving Defender.
Overall I would say it is a fun new tech but it also doesn't really provide anything the deck can't do already. So if you don't have the cards already it is not worth crafting them just to play in Branded.
