Introduction

Took a break for about a year and came back late season with haha toku ref Dinomorphia! Was out of the loop for a while so the current meta was very unfamiliar for me outside of Tear. Had a 69% WR (101-36) from rookie to M5.

Has a pretty good match-up vs Tenpai since you can probably protect yourself against boardbreakers/hts with the abundance of traps that you run in the deck, but sometimes you get dustered/rebooted and go next. Yubel sucks to play since all of them do not care about Rexterm. Brave-eyes helps out a bit but its still an uphill battle.

Card Choice

  • Eradicator honestly feels really bad to play at times but when it works it really works. Hand knowledge is also pretty useful if you want to commit to something. Also helped to dodge some negation on Kentregina but would not recommend.

  • Wannabee was spectacular, saved me a lot by finding a Frenzy/Domain, a negate or Ferret Flames. Love the card

  • Soul of the Supreme King was supposed to help out with proccing Eradictor, dealing with Yubel, and to just cut your LP faster. Brave-eyes helps with stuff like seals, the ghost girls etc and Crystal Clear Wing is just really useful to negate boardbreakers. I would drop Arcray for another generic link or rank 4 because I never summoned it.

Conclusion

I felt like I piloted the deck really poorly, was hardstuck D2 for a bit because I kept misplaying and losing 10 coin tosses in a row. However, people just dont read Rexterm so it worked out. If I have more time in the future I might push for M1.
