Notes & Combos
Started in Gold 5 or 4 and took this to Master 5.
Had many variants (more/less goblins, extenders, tenpai and with/without tour guide), stuck with this from Diamond 3 or so.
Now the real questions, Why?
I wanted to build the best goblin deck I could, but goblins has no 1 card combos and no extenders unless you already have an xyz on board. So we need to look for other techs/engines to make that initial rank 3 to get our combos going.
Terrortop is a must, Tour guide is alright too, but once you visualize that all the goblin monsters are soft-garnets you realize we need alot more starters.
In comes Tenpai, a deck that along with being a menace going second also has very easy access to rank 3 monsters, with everything but chundra being a level 3.
The standard board in terms of disruption is 2 monster attaches, a monster negate, a non-target compulse, and some tenpais on board for protection (mainly by making Transcendent in the battle phase to stop opposing Tenpai OTKs)
Winrate was 16 wins 4 losses from diamond 4 to Master 5
