Notes & Combos

I was able to finish the deck before the pack ended, but I had a bit of bad luck with my pulls—I kept getting Diviners, even though I already had over seven copies! The deck is very straightforward yet powerful. Even though I didn’t study it much and it was my first time piloting (I didn't even try to study and play it in Edopro), I managed to reach Master rank with it. I feel like the deck has a mid-skill ceiling, so there’s still room for improvement in my piloting and understanding of its synergies.

Like every midrange decks: you focus on executing your one-card combos and supporting your end board with handtraps and staples.

Add Chaos Angel if you have the resource, I was forced to play VV without it since I don't have UR CP.

I didn’t include "Called by the Grave" or "Crossout Designator" since Maxx C isn’t a problem for me, since I can manage to only special summon twice, as long as my starter isn’t Diviner, other handtrap like Ash Blossom and Imperm can be play around by drawing other starters

I also decided against using "Duster" or "Heavy Storm." In my previous builds, I always included backrow hate cards because they typically trade 1-for-1 or can easily give you a +1. However, in this case, since VV has Sauravis, I chose to play around backrow and focused on adding more handtraps.

I opted for two "Preparation of Rites" instead of three. While some players run it at three, I found myself bricking with it too often. It’s not that the ratio is bad—three is actually fine but my opening hands and Master Duel shuffle system is bad, so I decided to drop it to two.
